Shopping Policies

Welcome to Kindred OAK! We're always working hard to make sure you have a most enjoyable experience every time you shop with us; here, we've outlined basic guidelines for shopping our collections to ensure you're comfortable 100% of the way!

 

Payment

We accept all payment methods allowed through Paypal and direct payments via credit card. Please keep in mind, if you use an e-check, it can take 2-3 business days to clear, so be sure to factor that into the overall processing and delivery time.

➤ If you are an *UNVERIFIED* buyer with an *UNCONFIRMED* Paypal address, you may be subject to a 3-5 day waiting period. You can ensure faster processing by creating a confirmed Paypal account.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Park City, UT on a weight-based system; please note that shipping will be calculated based on your package weight during checkout. All items will be shipped USPS within 2-4 business days of purchase with shipping notification, unless stated otherwise. If you would like to upgrade to overnight shipping, etc. please purchase the corresponding upgraded shipping; upgraded shipping is for shipping time only, and does not include processing time. Please be sure to factor the processing time into your shipment time if you are needing an item by a specific date. Don't be afraid to contact us with any questions.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We take pride in making sure the items we ship to you are to the highest standard possible. If you ever receive an item and are not 100% satisfied, or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges post-marked within 7 days (as long as it is in original condition i.e.- not worn or used, etc.) for a full refund minus shipping. After 7 days, shop credit will be given if the item meets return requirements.

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN: Please email us with your order number and a brief description of your situation at kindredoak@gmail.com We will then email you proper information for returning your item(s) and receiving any exchanges.


SALE and Custom orders are typically a final purchase. Please talk to us about refund policies on the item you are requesting BEFORE ordering, as different items may be eligible for possible refund.
If ever in doubt, it NEVER HURTS TO ASK!! Our customers and their satisfaction are our main priority, so we are always willing to do what we can!
